Used-Industrial Dynamics Gamma Based Level Inspector for Bottles, model FT-50B. Gamma based fill level inspector with missing cap detection and missing tamper band UV detector. Air purged stainless steel head. Total production and reject counters. Multi-computer memory. Stainless steel floor mounted tripod pedestal with air regulator, condenser and oil mist injector. Proline (ram) rejector. Alarm beacon. Can be used to detect either underfill or overfill. The basic fill level accuracy of the system is +/- 1/32". Minimum conveyor speed 15 feet per minute, maximum conveyor speed 500 feet per minute. Inspection head is 25 1/8" long x 4 3/8" wide x 27" high. Machine uses 2 amps at 120V single phase electricity and 1.5 cfm of dry compressed air at 80 psig.
