Rotary Cottoners

Used- King Cottoner, Model IWUK. Designed to utilize cotton or synthetic material in rope form. Cotton is pulled through sets of rollers, torn to a predetermined length, then fed over a cylinder while a blade descends to push the middle piece of the cotton over a cylinder. Maximum cotton weight of 22 grams. Has timing screw container infeed, left to right container direction, container starwheels, centering guides. Currently set up on 560cc bottles.
